2 Package(s) cream cheese
1/4 Cup(s) green bell pepper
1/4 Cup(s) sweet red pepper
1/4 Cup(s) jalapeno pepper
1/4 Cup(s) green onion
6 large tortilla
1 1/2 Cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
1. Mix cream cheese with peppers and green onions in a food processor.
2. Spread mixture over tortilla shells. Sprinkle with cheese* and roll up tightly.
3. Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight) before slicing into 1-inch pieces.
4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
*VARIATION - I used the pre-grated nacho cheese blend, and it was really good.
