Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) diced avocado
3/4 Cup(s) finely chopped tomato
1/3 Cup(s) chopped sweet onion
1/4 Cup(s) chopped cilantro
1/2 Tablespoon(s) grated lime zest
2 Tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.

Grilled Flank Steak Soft Tacos ( Required ) :
1 Tablespoon(s) chili powder
2 Teaspoon(s) grated lime zest
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) chipotle chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 Pound(s) beef flank steak
8 tortilla
2 Cup(s) thinly sliced cabbage
Directions:
1. Combine chili powder, lime rind, salt, chipotle and pepper in a small bowl. Score a diamond pattern on both sides of steak. Rub chili powder mixture evenly over steak. Cover and chill for 1 minute.

2. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.

3. Place steak on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat; let stand for 10 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.

Serve in flour tortillas with Avocado-Lime Salsa and cabbage.
