Ingredients
6 c cut into 1" cubes white bread
6 oz cut in small cubes cream cheese
6 ea well beaten egg
1 c milk
1/2 t cinnamon
1/3 c maple syrup

Directions
1.  Place half of the bread in a greased 8" square pan.  Dot cheese on top.  Cover with remaining bread.

2.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over above.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

3.  In the morning, remove plastic wrap and bake in preheated 375F oven for 45 minutes.  It will be puffy and golden.

Serve immediately with extra maple syrup and crisp bacon.
