1. Preheat broiler. 2. Slice tenderloin into 12 pieces. Generously season both sides of each tenderloin slice with salt, pepper and rosemary. In saucepan, saute pork slices in butter for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Remove from skillet. 3. Place tenderloin slices in baking pan. Brush with Dijon mustard. Place 1 prosciutto slice a few basil leaves on each tenderloin slice. Top with mozzarella slice. 4. Broil in oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is golden.
