Ingredients
2 ea pork tenderloin
2 T butter
12 sli prosciutto
12 ea mozzarella slices
1 pn fresh chopped rosemary
1 pn salt
1 pn black pepper
2 T dijon mustard
1 pn basil leaves

Directions
1.  Preheat broiler.

2.  Slice tenderloin into 12 pieces.  Generously season both sides of each tenderloin slice with salt, pepper and rosemary.  In saucepan, saute pork slices in butter for 3 to 4 minutes each side.  Remove from skillet.

3.  Place tenderloin slices in baking pan.  Brush with Dijon mustard.  Place 1 prosciutto slice a few basil leaves on each tenderloin slice.  Top with mozzarella slice.

4.  Broil in oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is golden.
