1 pn salt
1 pn
1 T dry sherry
1/2 t chinese five spice
1/4 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T hoisin sauce
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Directions
1. Trim fat and membrane from pork tenderloin, and cut small incisions into pork at 1 inch intervals.

2. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place pork in a large plastic bag and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate overnight, turning a few times.

3. Heat broiler and position rack 6 inches from heat. Put a rack into a roasting pan, place pork on rack. Add 1/4" of water to the pan.

4. Cook for 15-25 minutes until a thermometer registers 145 degrees.
