Ingredients
2 T hoisin sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
1/4 t black pepper
4 ea skinless salmon fillet

Directions
1.  In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.

2.  Pat fish dry and coat with sauce.  Grill fish for about 5 minutes per side.  (You can also bake fish in preheated 425 oven for 10-12 minutes.)
