1. Combine all marinade ingredients and add pork tenderloin. Marinate overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 375. Remove pork from marinade. Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast x 20 to 30 minutes. 3. While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Use this to baste pork during last 5 minutes of cooking. 4. Serve pork - thinly sliced.
