Ingredients
2 ea pork tenderloin
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c honey
2 clv minced garlic
1 t minced ginger root
1/2 t chinese five spice

Directions
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and add pork tenderloin. Marinate overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 375. Remove pork from marinade. Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast x 20 to 30 minutes.

3. While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Use this to baste pork during last 5 minutes of cooking.

4. Serve pork - thinly sliced.
