1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix 1 cup of sour cream, chicken, 1 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of salsa, cilantro and cumin. Spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture onto each tortilla - roll up. Place seam-side down in a 13 x 9" baking dish. Top with salsa. Cover 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese; continue baking until it melts. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with sour cream. ** also good with a nacho cheese blend.
