Ingredients
3 sli bacon
1 c chopped yellow onion
1/2 c deli mustard
5 T honey
3 T ketchup
2 T cider vinegar
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t chili powder

Directions
1. Cook bacon in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until almost crisp, stirring occasionally.

2. Add chopped onion to pan; cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 4 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.

* Serve with Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin (required)
Ingredients
2 ea pork tenderloin
1 T paprika
1 T brown sugar
2 t chili powder
1 t cumin
1 t garlic powder
3/4 t salt
1/2 t black pepper

Directions
1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine all ingredients (except pork) in a small bowl. Stir well. Rub mixture evenly over pork.
3. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155 degrees (slightly pink), turning once.
4. Let pork stand for 10 minutes.
5. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2 inch-thick slices.

* Serve with Mustard Barbecue Sauce.

** This is also excellent on chicken - cube the chicken and put on skewers - also serve with Mustard Barbecue Sauce
