Ingredients
2 clv minced garlic
1 t grated orange zest
1/4 t crushed chili flakes
3 T soy sauce
2 t sesame oil
1 lb shelled shrimp
1/2 c orange juice
1 T honey
2 t corn starch
1 T canola oil
1 T finely chopped ginger
1/2 lb sliced green beans
1 1/2 c sliced button mushroom
1 ea cut in strips red bell pepper
3 ea sliced green onion

Directions
To make marinade: In a large bowl, blend 1 clove garlic, orange rind, hot red pepper flakes, 1 tsp. soya sauce and 1 tsp. sesame oil. Add shrimp. Cover and refrigerate x 1 hour.

To make sauce: In a small bowl, mix orange juice, 2 tbsp soya sauce, honey, cornstarch and 1 tsp sesame oil. Blend until smooth and set aside.

To make stir-fry: Heat wok or large frying pan until hot. Add oil, ginger, and 1 clove garlic - stir-fry x 20 seconds. Add green beans - stir-fry x 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and red pepper - stir-fry x 3 minutes more. Add shrimp and marinade - stir-fry x 4 minutes, or just until shrimp turns pink. Stir sauce. Add sauce and scallions to shrimp mixture until coated and sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
