Ingredients
4 ea boneless skinless chicken breast
8 sli prosciutto
2 T olive oil
2 T fresh rosemary
2 c chopped button mushroom
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c white wine

Directions
* we prefer to use Serrano ham in ALL recipes that call for Prosciutto. It is now a President's Choice product, so you can find it in the pre-packaged sliced meat section.

- Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of Prosciutto. Rub with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Cook at 350 until chicken in cooked through (approx. 25 minutes).

For Reduction:
- Fry chopped mushrooms in olive oil and rosemary. Add Balsamic Vinegar and white wine. Let this reduce over low heat 10-15 minutes.

To Serve:
- Slice chicken and cover with the reduction.
